Dinkleboo personalised product range is proudly made in Australia, to order. Each product is custom created, quality checked and dispatched within 1-3* business days from our factory in NSW. *High volume periods may delay production of your order.

Orders are produced and shipped from Australia using Aramex to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery to North Island is typically 4-5 business days and South Island 4-8 business days.

If however, you need your order in a rush we do have a service to move your order to the front of the line in production for a fee of $9.95. Then normal shipping times apply.

Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e., workmanship defect, book arrives damaged). Dinkleboo is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview.
